The detailed retreat schedule will be shared in advance with all confirmed participants.

In general, you can expect the following:

Day 1: The retreat will begin after 4:00 PM with a light program to allow participants time to arrive without missing key sessions.

Days 2 & 3: Full retreat days with sessions running from morning until approximately 6:00 PM. Evenings will be free for personal time and relaxation.

Final Day: Morning sessions only, with departures planned around midday.
